JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you have an eye for quality and service? Are you customer-friendly? Would you like to eventually grow into head planner, the 'leading person' behind the scenes? Then apply quickly!

Your task package will include:

​

  • Welcoming customers and suppliers

  • Reporting in and out of vehicles

  • Drawing up work cards and -schedules

  • Proactive follow-up of the work on the work floo

  • Communication with technicians, customers and suppliers regarding jobs and the state of affairs

  • Preparing work orders for invoicing

  • Ordering parts for trucks and trailers

CAN YOU CHECK OFF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS?

  • You are customer friendly, communicative and punctua

  • You are a team player with the necessary management skill

  • You have technical insight into the construction and operation of systems in heavy transport

  • You perform better under stres

  • You are flexible in working hours and job conten

  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, both orally and in writing

  • You have a basic knowledge of English and French

  • You are good with computers and MS Office has no secrets for you
